Research product, not a guarantee
MatchupLab provides sports research, model scores, matchup information, and related tools. Scores describe model evidence and are not guaranteed outcomes, promised returns, or statements that a wager will win. A score of 90 does not mean a 90% chance of winning unless a separately labeled probability model explicitly says so.
No wager execution
MatchupLab does not place wagers for you. Sportsbook lines and prices, when shown, are execution context and can change. You are responsible for confirming any line, price, eligibility rule, and wager directly with the sportsbook you choose.
Legal eligibility
You may use betting-related features only if you meet the legal age and location requirements that apply to you. You are responsible for complying with the laws and sportsbook rules in your jurisdiction.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity performed through it. Pro features require an active entitlement. Paid subscription purchase is offered only when MatchupLab's billing system is fully enabled.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service at abusive volume, interfere with availability, misuse another person's account, or use MatchupLab for unlawful activity.
Data and availability
Sports data can be delayed, corrected, withdrawn, or unavailable. MatchupLab may place markets on HOLD, revise pregame research when evidence materially changes, or remove stale information rather than fabricate missing data.
Service changes
Features, data sources, model versions, access rules, and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or product notice.
