What MatchupLab processes
Depending on how you use the service, MatchupLab may process account identifiers such as your email address and user ID, plan or subscription status, saved research or selection records, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How the data is used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide product access, preserve research and results integrity, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Account identity is not used as an input to sports-model scores.
Service providers
MatchupLab uses infrastructure and account providers such as Railway and Supabase. When paid subscriptions are enabled, Stripe is used for payment processing. MatchupLab does not store full payment-card numbers.
Sharing and sale
MatchupLab does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, bill, or support the product, or when required by law.
Retention and requests
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for product operation, integrity, security, support, accounting, or legal obligations. Use the Support page to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, full card numbers, government IDs, or other unnecessary sensitive information through support.
